"As a seeker I’ve always been drawn to the mystical and esoteric, so I was first drawn to the metaphysical aspects of yoga many years ago. With a regular practice, however, I quickly learned of the physical and down-to-earth applications of kundalini yoga and how my own body can be used as a practical tool to facilitate healing and lasting change.
With my current offering at Kundalini Rising Yoga, we will learn to focus our awareness and move energy throughout our bodies, awakening our kundalini while learning to bring our minds to a state of neutrality. We will prepare our bodies for meditation with postures, breath, and movement. By the end of my evening class, you will be ready for complete relaxation and a good nights sleep! "

"With a natural love and draw to the spiritual realms, this practice was my first introduction to yoga in 2006. Over time, I have become a 500 hour RYT and have over 15 years of devoted yoga teaching practice. I am also a very devoted astrologer with over two decades of study (I am also offering Evolutionary Astrology readings) as well as facilitation of the powerful methodology of Family Constellations (MORE INFO).
My class focuses on calming the nervous system and preparing the body for meditation. In my class you will experience kundalini style stretching and breath-work, often going into longer breath practices to change the mind-state into a calm and centered space. Being surrounded by nature has always been my most beloved and true teacher and I love to bring that essence into my classes on an unseen (but felt) level."

My practice has evolved to enhance and elevate the restorative, healing properties of breath, movement, meditation and savasanna.
In this class, we will encourage the nurturing stillness of clarity through breath and bringing balance to the nervous system. We will hold space to enrich our ability to integrate and maintain these nurturing qualities in practice as well as in our everyday life adventures.
I’m also excited to offer Family Constellation therapy, which works to facilitate awareness of generational patterns so that we can release tension, or dis ease, and relax into a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationship to others."

"Since my early 20’s, I’ve been practicing some form of yoga or meditation. Not many years ago, my back kept bothering me and I wasn’t able to practice yoga in the way I had. It was then I found kundalini yoga. I was also struggling with my meditation practice, in that I felt stagnant and wasn’t able to concentrate. Kundalini meditations combine specific movements, angles, and mantras that captivate the mind and body. I was hooked! Shortly after, I attended kundalini yoga teacher training at our beloved Kundalini Rising studio.
In my class, I bring into the space, one of connecting with my students, an intuitive knowing of what they need. My students leave with a heart-felt sense of peace. I would love to see your beautiful soul join my class!"
