Crystelle was first introduced to kundalini yoga and meditation in 2006 through her energy-work mentor, and it immediately felt like an answer to a prayer- a calling she had consciously asked to be shown. What began as a recognition quickly became a path, and one she has devoted herself to ever since. She began teaching in 2007, went on to become a 500-hour RYT, and across nearly two decades of teaching has accumulated more than 5,000 hours in the kundalini classroom.  

Alongside her devotion to yoga and meditation runs a much longer exploration of the spiritual and symbolic. She discovered astrology in the late 1990's and has studied it deeply ever since, eventually finding her home in the Evolutionary Astrology paradigm (more info). Over the years, that exploration has continued to deepen and expand through Human Design, Family and Systemic Constellations, QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis + Regression Therapy), and SoulCollage-- different pathways that each add another layer to her lifelong exploration of consciousness, healing, and understanding the deeper intelligence that shapes our lives.

Her class focuses on restoring and strengthening the nervous system in order to prepare the body for meditation-- and life!   In her class you will experience kundalini style stretching, meditation, mantra, breath-work, often going into longer breath practices to change the mind-state into a calm and centered, clear space-- and always ending with a long (20 minute) sound healing session with a 34 inch symphonic gong and crystal bowl (divine!)

Being surrounded by nature has always been her most beloved and true teacher and she holds deep intention to bring that essence into her classes on an unseen (but felt) level.

Beyond her years in the classroom, Crystelle spent more than a decade deeply involved in building, teaching, and sustaining a yoga community as the owner of Kundalini Rising Yoga, while also hosting and teaching in multiple teacher trainings and mentoring new teachers.
