The Lion's Gate is the height of the Light ; Leo season, and this year it is a threshold leading up to eclipse season. If you enjoy working with ritual this time is a natural bridge to take us into the eclipses coming up (Aug 12 + 27)

We will have a two-hour experience. 

90 minutes of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and breath with an extended sound healing for your total integration.

Dress comfortably, bring your mat and any cushions you might like to support your body while lying on the wooden floor for the relaxation.
