WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?

Any issue you are facing can be constellated.

What is the purpose?  To bring more ease, to release energetic tension that you may be experiencing, to bring clarity and understanding to what or why the issue is happening, and to open the flow of love in your life.

Systemic Family Constellations is a practice inspired by German Mystic Bert Hellinger from his travels to South Africa in the 1950's. Hellinger formed this process after spending 16 years living amongst the Zulu tribe of Africa, a culture that remains deeply connected with their ancestral roots, and harmonious ways of living and being on this earth.

What if what you are carrying is not even yours?  We often hear the idea that what is happening or repeating is "unconscious".  So often the burdens and repetitive patterns we are experiencing are deeply embedded in our cellular memory. They were passed on to us from an ancestor (or ancestors) that we have never even heard of. All of this is simply occuring in order to get our attention so it can be seen, acknowledged, and put to rest once and for all.  

How does this work? Ask yourself: What is not working in my life? What patterns are repeating themselves, or what blocks am I continuously experiencing that I just cannot seem to find the root of, or let go of? 

The beauty of it is you do not need to know the who, what, or why of anything. All you need to know is what you are personally experiencing in the 'here and now' that you would like to see shift. Then, we step into the quantum field and witness the unfolding and the healing. There is something quite profound about our eyes seeing the patterns 'outside' of ourselves.

Family Constellations is something that must be experienced to understand because it is truly phenomenological work. There is no requirement other than to show up, be open, and observe.

He said, make your decisions on behalf of the seven generations coming, so that they may enjoy what you have today."

Everything that we do is not just affecting us, but it has ripples for all who came before, and for all who will come after... it is all "us"
