Join Crystelle for this 2.5 hour experience to honor this renewal cycle, earth's balancing act, and one of out only two days of the year when the length of night and day are proportional.
We will create a simple ritual in honor of this special moment along with yoga +pranayama and a 45 minute sound journey with Crystelle and Candyce on gongs, bowls, and other instruments.
We will enjoy some potent breathwork practices, activate flow throughout the meridians, and surrender to the state of rest and receiving of the surround-sound healing vibrations.
Bring your yoga mat, cushions, blankets, pillows, etc so that you are as cozy and comfy as possible.
