Classes are held at two different locations:

SUNDAY AT THE STUDIO BELLE MEADE  (and special Sound Healing events):

Sunday 11:00am classes are held at The Studio Belle Meade 

 5409 Harding Pike,  Nashville, TN 37205

Former practice home to the Nashville Ballet. Located right at the Hwy 70 and Hwy 100 split in Belle Meade (between The Sportsmans Grill and the USPS, and behind Bebo's Salon). There is plenty of parking in the back, and you will take the black iron staircase to the upstairs space.

WEDNESDAY AT MINDFUL NASHVILLE:

Wednesday 6:15pm classes are held in The Taylor Street Building at 

Mindful Nashville   100 Taylor Street Suite A-12  Germantown  

 *Please note that there are 2 Mindful Nashville locations- Classes are held at the Germantown location (NOT the East Nashville location). I recommend trying to arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can find the space. It is located in a warehouse style building with multiple shops and businesses. Mindful Nashville has double wooden doors with Tibetan Prayer flags.

MINDFUL NASHVILL PARKING:

There are two parking lots:  (parking is free after 6pm)

Parking Lot 1:  On the Taylor Street side. This is a small lot, so you may choose to park along the street there, or swing over to parking lot 2

Parking Lot 2:  Located at Bearded Iris Brewery right around the corner (to enter the building take the back door that is located on the Bearded Iris patio and Mindful Nashville is right around the corner). There is also plenty of street parking in the area.

When you sign up, there will be a confirmation email from (JotForm) 

WHAT TO BRING:

Both spaces have a small selection of yoga mats, however if you have your own, it is always best to bring your own mat, a small cushion (if you need it for sitting in meditation), and some people love to bring a light blanket to cover up during the relaxation at the end. Dress comfortably.
